All items at Crochet By B are lovingly made to order, by hand. This means each piece is unique and created specifically for you. Please understand that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, patience is key. We dedicate the necessary time and attention to detail to ensure your custom crochet item meets our high standards of quality and your expectations.
Customer satisfaction and modifications
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, or if you wish to make changes, please contact us immediately. We ask that you clearly explain why you are unhappy and what you would like to be done next. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, whether that involves modifications or another appropriate solution. Depending on the modifications requested, an additional fee may be required for more materials, labor, etc.
Limitations and unfulfillable requests
While we strive to bring your crochet visions to life, there are certain situations where we may be unable to fulfill an order. These include instances where we cannot find or afford a suitable pattern, during busy holiday seasons when our capacity is limited, or for any order based on AI-generated images that cannot be accurately replicated by hand. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
